Personally not going to harp about how Misaki is portrayed in this story - as far as I know, a doujin artist is not obligated to adhere to canon story progression, plus it's all fictional, anyway. And as stated before, UNCENSORED Shokuhou is SUPERIOR Shokuhou. This time around, decensoring was done (under commission, of course) by Belldandy100 (https://ouo.io/87zudt).

EDIT: based on the publication date (page 25), it's probably a safe bet that this doujin came out before the release of Index NT Volume 7 (light novel) and Railgun Manga Volume 62 - both of which dropped hints that Touma and Misaki knew each other in the past before his memory loss via the Feather Of Light at the end of the Index Story Arc.

EDIT: @JukanX - now that you point it out, Page 3 of the censored English Version was indeed in color, which, IIRC, was used by Belldandy100 for the de-censoring. Personally, I'm fine with the picture going grayscale.
