@WH1STL3: We can expect robot girls soon, if feminists and SJW's don't fuck it up. But even then, we can claim we're machine-sexual, and become a "cherished minority" ourselves.
However, 100 bucks is too little. My estimate is that, when mass-manufactured, they will cost about the sum of the prices of a small electric motorcycle (the body will use roughly the same type and amount of parts) and a high-power gaming PC (the computing power you'll need so she doesn't send everything you do to be processed in the cloud).
Another guess is that, at least at the beginning, they won't be made to look like humans, which would throw them straight into the uncanny valley, but rather to look like a mixture of XJ9, Aegis and Drossel von Flugel; putting them on the top of what I call "cuteness hill".
