The ntr guy is a celebrity and used his fame to get all this in the first place, and his womanizing catches up with him.
He falls from grace and is ejected from popularity, and is now a husk of his former self after a few years.
The MC took a whole day thinking about what he was going to do, decided that he didn't want to die, but he had to change.
Because of the incident, he cut himself off from many things, but never stopped filmmaking (it was his dream).
He used the pain he felt as a motivator and used it to further his career as a director, and is quite famous.
He became quite the ladykiller, getting the nickname starlet-killer until he eventually settled down and got married.
He eventually gets over the incident, barely able to recall it, and is now happily married to someone he loves.

The story says that the footage later became evidence for a case against him for a Marriage scam, which is when a person who tricks you into doing something with the promise of marrying you and doesn't do it.
He said he would marry her and was later sued, so it is safe to assume that she woke up to his bullshit, and moved on with her life.

Considering his previous work, the absoluty last thing I would expect is a proper epilogue, especially one where the poor MC actually moves on and succeeds. This is very refreshing! He found out in the absolutely worst way about Madoka's affair and her eventual choosing of the netoriya, but it's nice to see it all worked out in the end.

However, this is just one route. The other route (orange uniforms) hasn't ended yet.
