From what i understand from this work (till now) and the prequel:
MC and long hair girl are childhood friends. It looks like they are both in love with each other but no one is willing to take the first step. She is retarded as fuck, have no idea about sex but is interested in it, so decides to lose her virginity with some random 30yo dude that met for the first time. The MC knows all about she having sex with the old dude but she doesnt know he knows.
After that she gets hooked on sex and is in a relationship with the old dude, but gets jealous when glasses girl confess to the MC, but its not like nothing changes because she continues having sex with the old dude xD.
MC and glasses try to have sex but they fail. Long hair girl have sex with old dude while on her period. MC and glasses girl try to have sex again but fail again and they argue. Long hair girl and old dude dunno why but they argue too. Old dude and glasses girl meet and go to a love hotel where they are about to have sex, MC gets there before they start and glasses girl wanna stop but old dude doesnt (this is tagged as rape btw).
MC beats the old dude and chase him out and then have sex with glasses girl. Old dude is caught by long hair girl watching photos in his phone about to have sex with glasses girl and looks mad as fuck.

Checking that the MC didnt care that glasses girl was about to cheat with the old dude, i wouldnt even be surprised if he ended up with the long hair girl. MC looks pretty stupid to be honest xDDD
