That's not too dissimilar to my own method, except after I plug into google translate and get garbled nonsense, I make use of a combination of tanoshii, wiktionary, a JP sound effects website, and a lot of google fu for slang and such. Also gotta watch out for any names not spelled out in hiragana or katakana. After an initial translation, I look over it for any mistakes I may have made the first time around and punch up sentences so they read a bit better. Then I enter the hell that is photoshop image editing, which isn't so much difficult as it is monotonous and the killer of all fun.

This is why my translations take forever to come out, btw. :P

Translation seemed solid to me. No major grammatical or spelling mistakes, and the dialog seemed to match with the comic itself, so I doubt anything in the translation is outright wrong or incorrect.
