When I was way younger, in the UK we used to do something like this with Forums and dogging spots.
You would post your location via Yahoo maps with latitude and longitude, this made the spot stay up longer before the Police interupted it.

Basically, most guys had their selves setup in the passenger front door and do your thing and leave, no attachments.
Other guys would use the rear passenger window and lock the doors for safety or have a chauffeur keep a look out.

Some guys just put on a show in the car for you to jizz on them..

The National Health Service use to do free condoms, I used to go in once a month and take like 1000 of them. I mean, I wouldn't use all 1000 of them in a month but they'd get used on for other things too.. xD

Technically speaking, public nudity and public sex in the UK isn't illegal, what makes it illegal is when a member of the public is "offended" by the act, but when everyone there is there for one thing, not much they can do about it other than hang around and bother to the point you leave..

Unfortunately dogging is not so common anymore and most of it left is with a small circle of members due to a number of reasons, such as STDs and Police cracking down on dogging. :(
Most of it actually quite disgusting these days, not how it used to be.. :S
