It's a bit complicated, and last time I posted the method online it got changed :( . You first have to have a DeNA mobage account and a Japanese phone provider or a way to emulate a smartphone in your browser. From there, it's different for each game, but there is a page where each card is displayed and the card number is in the link without any encryption. That's all I'm at liberty to say for now.

The cards with naked characters are all unoficial fanmade cards. Search for "Kintamagt" on this site and you can find 200+ of them.
