A few general notes for possible corrections, Spirit base has been translated as spirit origin in the official English FGO content. Spirit base is not strictly wrong, but it sounds odd hearing spirit base instead of spirit origin.

Usually, in English translations for comics, don't have periods or commas at the end of bubbles. They're usually assumed. Only exclamation points and question marks really need the emphasis.

Female Genitalia, depending on the speaker, a few different words can be used instead. If it's someone who tends to use the clinical term, vagina, can be used. If the speaker is more colloquial in tone, pussy can be used. There are other terms, but they tend to be derogatory and it would be exhausting to list them all.

Male genitalia has a similar note. Penis if we're being clinical. Dick is a more common word for it and you use it in the later pages. Sometimes literal translations are not always the best.

On page 6, "By using my developed [Rayshift on a Handle]" might better be translated as, "By using my development "Rayshift on a Stick"
pg.7 " "I'm Dis-pering!" was this supposed to be "I'm leaving!" ?
pg.9, " Rayshift hole on a handle", maybe change the name to match what Da-vinci names it earlier, whatever you end up translating it to?
pg.13, "I got that pleasure from just touching. My male genitalia is striking my other one." maybe should be translated as "It felt that good just from them touching. My penis is entering...
pg13b, "This fiendish meat-rod is giving my female genitalia an ascending like pleasure." hmm.. maybe this should be translated as "This fiendish penis makes my pussy feel better with every thrust"
This bubble is problematic because there isn't a literal translation that works. And the English as currently written is quite awkward.
pg13c Possible typo in this last speech bubble because we have no indication of what state Mash's mind is going to? People usually put blank, *edit: This line is weird in the raw and I'll need to think about this line a bit*

pg14, "The pleasure of the meat is even making me unable to breath" might be better translated as, "This pleasure of the flesh is even making it hard to breath."

pg18, I think Rayshift Hole may be a better choice. Also, Rayshift in the north american translations is a single non-hyphenated word usually.
pg18 continued, "Of course, fucking oneself is a reluctant act... However, the curiosity to the unknown sensation and... and with the motive 'To be cured..." there is there was not one person who didn't do it

There's a few things I forgot to mention in my PM.

pg7. Yea, she is actually saying (or was that meant to be a sound?) "to disappear" twice. Dispersing is just another word for disappearing/leaving.
pg9. The literal translation is Handle-attached Rayshift Hole, but I think "Rayshift on a handle" should be enough, unless a mention of a hole is needed.
pg13. I reworked the first and second bubble, maybe not as you suggested, but should sound less awkward now (excluding the -genitalia bits)
pg13b. Niku bou is the only word I (ever) wanna keep literal :P Meat Rod/Pole sounds just dirtier in a way.
pg13c. Literal translation would be "From both ways simultaneous!! Incontinence-doing". So I think peeing would be a better choice than squirting (well it's all over the place :P)
pg18. "Rayshift Hole on a handle" it is then :)
pg18b. The words used is more about reluctance, than feeling ashamed. I've changed the rest though.
