If you are referring to the term as "a person who causes another anxiety" then yes, people who cause people anxieties are crap-like; also known as trolls.

But, if you are referring to a race as individuals that cause yourself a slight but persistent annoyance, discomfort, or anxiety.

Then thats simple as you have a mental phobic issue.

Which is in reality a inferiority complex which dominant people use their anger to boost confidence through aggressions, or simply put mentally unbalanced unstable reacting in pressured situations with venting in a primitive physical way for the purpose to make one feel better over another.
