Specifically, the wife was trying to suck off her husband (she thought it was her husband, but it was too dark) but ended up getting fucked by the boss' employee instead. She also kept on asking him to stop, but the guy kept on threatening that he'll wake up her husband and how even if this was a mistaken identity by her, that won't really work as an excuse if they get caught. Also, at the end, she tells him to go away, but is now getting blackmailed into having sex with the employee now with the cellphone picture he secretly took as he was fucking her.

I would not actually call this cheating. In no part throughout the story does she actually consent without coercion to having sex with this guy.
There might be cheating in continuations of this series, since this is part 1. But there is no cheating as of yet for this part of the story.
