IDK, some people do like depictions of condom. When it's just drawn pictures then it's no more than a piece of clothing or cosmetics, like piercings.
And sometimes it's about what their presence hints at. If you see a drawing of a girl lying on bed with a bunch tied condoms scattered around, you get the idea that they fucked rabbits. It's a turn-on. I dont mind it like this as much as I would mind it IRL.
