Considering that she's normally the complete opposite (Belfast is usually portrayed as being VERY submissive and following the Commander's orders no matter what, even in game.) I don't believe the "Crazy Rule" applies here...to someone like Akagi (an ACTUAL yandere) that rule is in FULL effect.
