All jokes aside, I agree it could have better scans but this author, as Dracon already implied might be the case this time, doesn't seem to have as much ease of access to all their releases from my past observation. Unless you're gonna hit Japan just to scan one yourself, take what ya can get.

@KVHF Going to Japan isn't the only route. You can use couriers to buy items and send them to other countries, like Treasure-Japan. For instance, Keta's 例大祭14 release is still available to purchase from Melonbook right now, while several older ones are available from Suruga-ya. What I meant is that Keta on their pixiv account, haven't yet linked their c94 preview to a retailer. Heck, this was posted only 5 days after their c94 cover preview post on pixiv (Here: https://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=70119139). This was scanned hella fast, since c94 happened from 10th to the 12th.
