Funnily enough, this is sort of a trope that nearly all the doujinshi artists do for south park. No, seriously, during comedic scenes or scenes where puns, jokes, or anything needing emphasis comes up, they draw them with their on-model character. It's just a funny, goofy thing. And probably a little call-back to the show, as in 'don't forget, this is still south park' kind of thing.

Anyways - this is probably THE best tweek x craig doujin I've seen. I remember years ago, after their episode first aired, looking up south park yaoi and surprised to find there actually was quite a bit of it. Especially (and mostly of) the main gang. But this is definitely the best drawn one.

When they did the tweek x craig episode, I actually really enjoyed it. As soon as I was done, though, I knew that... Well, that's it. Tweek and Craig are gonna be paired forever now LOL. I love that the show kept them together, it's the kind of ballsy stuff they do. And if the Japanese enjoy their relationship, they'll be glad with the new season. They get an entire episode together!

I see you don't watch the series too much, TRT... Probably why you you TL'd this instead of someone else. I still think it's phenomenal artwork, though. It's also really interesting to see a different culture's interpretation of the characters. And the different artwork, artstyles, etc. I loved the way they drew Tweeks dad though LOL. And I feel like the artist did a great job with his mom, too. I feel like she has that old fashioned look as well, especially with her apron and Grace Kelly hairstyle. As someone who's watched the show, quite literally, for nearly two decades now, it's such a strange feeling to read this and have two worlds collide (love of Japanese shit, and south park) along with a dose of nostalgia. It's a good thing, though. Absolutely top-tier doujin.
