Basically (Deducing as I can't actually read Chinese), it seems to be a running series the artist makes as an AU for HDxD. The general idea seems to be Issei is dark and gets all the 'bad girls', gives them power-ups even more unrealistic than his canon ones by fucking them and proceeds to use them to directly and indirectly mindbreak and fuck all the 'good' girls of the series anyway, more or less :O
