I have never seen a reason for SFX to be translated. Dialogue yes. Maybe sounds in speech bubbles. But, dear uploader, there is no reason to redraw pannels because some people want large SFX either purged or translated. It's completely unnecessary in my opinion. Your time is far more valuable than that tedium! Nor will the majority of reader ever even notice. Even a translator's note seems to be stretching the boundary of time wasted.
