It's a spinoff of the epilogue to ending E. Apparently, there was a bit to the ending, named the "Farewell Epilogue", link here: https://viid.me/9Mw4Y . Be sure to click the "[Expand]" link on the bottom right of the page to read the rest of the epilogue.
