@ Zippy8k - I don't think it's some whole new level of cuckery, since Naomi, Ichigo and 02 have cucked Mitsuru and have had to their butts piloted by Hiro.

@pusangcat - I'm sorry, but his headcanon doesn't make any sense, because Mitsuru is the only male character who showed homosexual tendencies in this show. He wanted another man to pilot and fuck his ass. Mitsuru spent fourteen episodes being a huge gay butthurt, because Hiro had forgotten the Mitsuru's gay promise and doing a lot of stupid pointless bullshit only be to get noticed and get Hiro attention.
