Some information:
1 - Galleries with some tags should give you a warning before you even see anything, if they don't you disabled it
2 - There is a function called tag flagging, although you have to "buy" it
3 - You can block uploaders who mainly upload stuff you don't like
4 - With this script (https://ouo.io/5N2VW) you can see the tags on a gallery when hovering it on the front page

Should be male:vore, the tag refers to the gender of the swallowed one (see tag definition, picture 11), so please remove female:vore.
