Basically this is the reason for all the girl in this series doing all the sex in the previous vol.
In the future humanity will extinct and it was up to girls in this series to make sure that humanity will survive and continue to live in the far future.
Our MC in this series is the one who chase sorako in the previous series and finally he knew the reason this time and decided to help and support her. We also see that both of them really loved each other.
Sorako and the others 100 girl job with the help of their irganization and friend is to collect genetic sample gotten from sperm from 1 million people.
Actually they get to choose from 100 million people and only 1 million genetic can be chosen from it. Not long after this series there are some error in the money system caused by an AI which lead to money crisis and conflict. Sorako and Co already being put to cold sleep and they sleep for 1000 year.
After the ice age, in all new wiped clean world sorako and all the 100 women need to to give birth to humanity by using that 1 million genetic. All the girl have crack in their body is because of repeated birthing it seem. Now it's all up to them to continue to live and support all of the children in the far future.
