Thanks for the translation. Nice Ménage à trois. However, whoever voted for selfcest is mistaken. The two Nanalys never so much as kiss, much less have sex. They're ganging up on the the one they call Prince. Sorry, I don't know the manga or anime this is from.

This is from a browser game by DMM. It has an english version by Nutaku but they're really slow with their updates which is why most people still play the japanese one
