Generally speaking in situations like this where there's a time limit and the guy turned girl doesn't change back either the scientist mucked up the formula or she got herself pregnant. Considering the sisters changed back from being a guy and she spent last night having sex I'd say odds are good she's going to be a mother.

Thanks for colouring this I could tell them apart by the cheek markings but this makes it a lot easier. Plus its prettier to look at.
