I have always wondered: How the hell does the work have and english title if it is in japanese?

Even the info in the left down corner are in english...but the work isnt.... So? Why not all i japanese?

I doubt anyone can see the cover nd say: "oh, this must be one of those nice books for childrens"... With a pair of boobs on the cover? Baka!.
