I recommend that you do not upload files that are 1500px in length and about 200kb in capacity, even if you find them.
This is not a decent file.
It is a degraded file of mobile website.

Scan it and expunge this one. It's the only way to fight back against the low quality spammers short of the admins banning them.

Can we get an expunge option for "bad quality material" yet? It's not deleted so if people really want to look for it they can just tick the "show expunged" option when searching.
