For what I know, 99% digital vendors request their digital goods(books, comics, cgs, videos, games, anything) to have certain level of censorship
Scan for real physical publish do have a better chance on fewer or no censorship especially for those in small scale publish but authors are at risk in breaking Japanese law (which is bs when it is ok after you add bars and mosaic)

Enlighten me, what is Tank version anyway? I thought tankoubon could be only acquired through digital market or physical form, and I thought those two form are no difference?
