Because I'm a Touhou fan and I love hentai, doesn't mean that I'll give a thumbs up for every Touhou doujinshi.
OK it's rather well drawn, but it's too short, stops before it even gets interesting and the scenario is catastrophic. Seriously, it goes from "we should avoid the maid" to "let's rape the maid", which obviously wasn't their goal.

It's still rather funny to see Sanae in "no one can escape my rape skills" mode though.
